Every girl dreams of feeling her best on her wedding day. These workouts are designed to help you accomplish that and walk down the aisle with confidence!

This plan is dumbbell only and focuses on strength training (we’re not afraid to lift heavy here!) along with some pilates-inspired movements and high intensity to get your heart rate up. Each week includes 4 30 to 45 minute strength workouts and 1 shorter workout. There is an extra focus on upper body throughout.

If you’ve done my 4 week strength program the format is the same, but this program is more extensive with each weekly plan and includes a visual guide for each movement you will see in the program.
